A full set of Grim armor provides the following benefits:

- +59–69 magic barrier
- +6.8–8% magic damage
- +4 max minion count
- +17.4–20.4% minion damage
- +50–59 max mana
- +20–23% minion lifespan
- +4.8–5.7 mana every sec
- Minion damage is increased by +48% of your magic damage increase
