Omoroth's Tentacle is a special type of enemy that spawns during the fight with Omoroth the Sea Titan or rarely while wandering through the Sunken Sea. They always usually spawn in groups of 2-4, and never alone.
Compared to the Tentacle and Mold Tentacle, Omoroth's Tentacles are much larger and use a melee attack rather than a range attack, which can damage nearby objects.

Omoroth's Tentacles will automatically despawn after 90 seconds.
Except on the console versions of the game, where they despawn after 30 seconds.
